【摘要】 介绍了异型游梁抽油机的特点，阐述了将常规游梁抽油机改造成异型游梁抽油机的可行性和经济性。以CYJ8－3－48HB型常规游梁抽油机改造成YCYJ8－3－26HB型异型游梁抽油机为例，说明了具体的改造方法、改造前后的参数变化以及经改造而成的异型游梁式抽油机的性能。改造成的异型游梁抽油机的现场试验表明：在相同工况下，异型游梁抽油机可以提高产液量，节能可以达到15％以上。改造使原有抽油设备得到了充分的利用，减少了油田固定资产的投入。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of a special beam pumping unit is introduced, and the feasibility and economy of modifying a conventional beam pumping unit to the special beam pumping unit are expounded. By taking modifying Model CYJ8 - 3- 48HB conventional beam pumping unit to Model YCYJ8 - 3 - 26HB unit as an example, the modifying method, the variation of the parameters of the unit before and after modification and the performance of the modified unit are described.
