用误差曲线法修正焊接应力测量误差
Correction of measurement error of welding stress by error curve method
【摘要】 用盲孔法测量焊接残余应力时,由高应力区的孔边应力集中引起的塑性变形是影响测量精度的主要因素。通过对20g钢进行非常规的超载拉伸标定试验,得到一条误差曲线,进而由该曲线回归得到一个经验公式。试验证明,用该公式对用盲孔法测得的20g钢焊件的残余应力误差进行修正,能取得满意的效果。
【Abstract】 In measuring the welding residual stress by the blind pore methed, the plastic deformation caused by the stress concentration of the pore is the main factor influencing the accurcy of the measurement. By carrying on a non-standard overload tensile calibration test of 20g steel, an error curve is obtained, from which an empiric equation is obtained. It is proved by test that a satisfactory result can be achieved with the error corretion of the residual stress of the welded specimen of 20g steel by the equation.
