【Abstract】 The principle, equipment and coating property of dual-wire electric are spraying are introduced, and by comparing with the flame spraying and plasma spraying, the advantages of arc spraying are presented. The latest development of arc spraying equipment and material in China and abroad is summarized. As for the petroleum industry, the arc spraying is mainly used for the corrosion control of the offshore drilling platform, oil storage tank, gas storage tank and transmission pipeline and the renovation of the shaft of heavy-duty drilling rig, bearing bushing, pump plunger and shaft joumal.更多还原
