天然气压缩机十字头摩擦层和本体的选材及结合形式
Material selection and bonding pattern of friction layer and body of crosshead on gas on gas compressor
【摘要】 分析了天然气压缩机十字头的重要作用、受力情况,对各种材料的十字头摩擦层和十字头本体的优缺点进行了对比,指出用锡锑轴承合金作十字头摩擦层材料和用球墨铸铁作十字头本体材料是理想的组合材料。通过对这两种材料几种结合形式的比较分析,优选了既能满足使用要求又能实现最低生产成本的最薄锡锑轴承合金层及其与球墨铸铁的结合形式,从而获得了很好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The importance and the force on the crosshead on a gas compressor are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the crosshead body and friction layer of different materials are compared, and it is indicated that it is ideal to use the ductile iron and the tin pewter respectively for the body and friction layer. By means of comparison, the optimum bonding pattern of these two materials is selected, thereby great financial profits are achieved.
