【Abstract】 New strains of Lentinula edodes Cr-20 and Cr-62 were bred by direct crossing of monospore mycelium of the parent strain 7917 and the local strain L-21 through primary and secondary screening and production test without predetermination of the polarity. Comparing with the first group hybrid strain Cr-02, Cr-20 and Cr-62, with bigger fruitbody and thick pileus, were extended extensively. And great social benefits have already been achieved.更多还原
