合成药物的离子交换树脂脱色新工艺小试研究(Ⅱ)──维生素C脱色研究

【摘要】 提出了用离子交换树脂取代传统的活性炭对合成药物进行脱色处理的新工艺小试条件.试验中对树脂的选型、树脂的再生方法及脱色条件作了系统研究,并成功地应用于合成维生素C的脱色.与传统工艺相比,树脂脱色具有生产工艺简单、产品质量好、无环境污染等优点.

【Abstract】 A laboratory procedure of new decolourization of synthetic medicines with absorption ion exchange resin was given, which can be used to replace the tranditional technique with actived carbon. The selection of type of ion exchange resin, its recovery and decolourization condition were investigated systematically. The new technique was successful in decolourization of vitamin C. Compared with tranditional technique, resin decolourization has advantage of simple procedure, good quality and no environmental pollution.
