氢氧化钠水溶液多效蒸发调优
Optimization of Multi effect Evaporation of Sodium Hydroxide Solution
【摘要】 以某厂氢氧化钠水溶液三效并流蒸发过程为基础,对生蒸汽压力和末效蒸发器真空度对蒸发费用的影响进行了模拟计算.以蒸发总费用为目标,以两个压力为决策变量建立了多效蒸发过程的优化目标函数,用BFGS法求得了其最优解.得出了最佳的生蒸汽压力和末效真空度.按此结果进行操作,该厂蒸发工段每年可节省总费用28万元.
【Abstract】 Based on the tri effect evaporation process of sodium hydroxide solution in a factory, the influence of the pressure of fresh vapor and the vacuum of the last evaporator on the expense was simulated. With the total expense as a target and two pressures as decisive variables, the optimal object function of the multi effect evaporation process was derived. The optimal solution was obtained by using BFGS method. Operating in the way, this factory can save as many as nearly 300 thousand yuan a year.
