BA/TiCl4/IB/CH2Cl2阳离子聚合体系络合作用的研究
Complex in Carbocationic Polymerization of BA/TiCl4/IB/CH2Cl2 System
【摘要】 研究了[BA]、陈化时间对BA/TiCl4/IB/CH2Cl2体系聚合反应的影响。通过产物GPC谱图和紫外、FTIR光谱分析,证明体系存在H2OTiCl4BATiCl4←BA络合体系。当[BA]>6×10-2mol/L,[TiCl4]/[BA]=40/1时,BA能有效抑制TiCl4和H2O的络合,投料顺序为先加引发剂BA,然后加入共引发剂TiCl4,为阳离子聚合反应的进一步研究提供了参考价值。
【Abstract】 The effect of and the ageing time on carbocationic polymerization of BA/TiCl4/IB/CH2Cl2 system were investigated. It was demostrated that there coexist H2O→TiCl4BATiCl4←BA complexing competition. BA can effectively restrict the complexation of TiCl4 and H2O. The addition sequence is that the initiator BA is added at first, then coinitiator TiCl4 is added. It affords reference value to further study carbocationic polymerization.
