聚丙烯腈过滤及干燥性能

【摘要】 研究了聚丙烯腈物料的过滤及干燥性能。结果表明聚丙烯腈属于易过滤性物料,其滤饼的可压缩性系数为0.264,空隙率等于0.45;推导了空气穿流通过固定床层时的干燥面积公式,给出了聚丙烯腈物料的干燥速率曲线,讨论了“面条”的堆积密度、空气温度及空气流速对干燥过程的影响。

【Abstract】 Based on experiments, the filtration and drying properties of polyacrylonitrile were studied It was demonstrated that polyacrylonitrile suspension was easy to filtrate; the compressibility index of the cake was equal to 0 264 and cake porosity was 0 45 A formula for calculating the drying area when drying air passed through the pore space of packed bed was derived The drying rate of polyacrylonitrile was obtained experimentally It was demonstrated that air temperature, air rate and powdered packed cylinder density influenced drying process
