【摘要】 从国外引进的加氢反应器都带一只专用于反应器吊装的吊耳，简称提升盖。国内设计制造的加氢反应器由于设计了惯上的不同和其它原因，往往没有反应器吊装专用的提升盖，需施工单位进行配套。本文介绍在某炼油厂年产120万吨加氢精制装置施工中反应器提升盖的设计与强度计算问题，并对提升盖与反应器法兰联结螺栓的预紧力及螺栓强度计算进行分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Usually the imported hydrorefining reactor has a special elevator link for hoisting, which is called hoisting cover. Due to the design and other reasons, there is no special hoisting cover on the hydrorefining reactors which manufactured in our country, so it has to be made by the installation Company in charge of project construction. This paper introduces the design and strength calculation on the reactor hoisting cover for construction of hydrorefining installation in a refinery which produces 120 million ton per year- It also analyzes the pre-screwing force and calculates the strength of the connecting bolts that link up the hoisting cover and the flange of hoisting reactors.更多还原
