【摘要】 采用前瞻性、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的方法，探讨保尔佳治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。５５例病人随机分成试验组（２８例）和对照组（２７例），在手术和化疗的基础上，前者给予保尔佳，后者给予安慰剂。结果表明，保尔佳能明显缓解肿瘤病人的恶心、呕吐反应，增进食欲，改善贫血，增加体重，对免疫功能也有一定的激活作用。以Ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ指数评价两组的健康状况，试验组改善较明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 A prospective, randomized, double blind study has been made to evaluate the clinical effects of Polyerga for the patients with gastrointestinal maligant tumors. 55 patients were randomized into two groups. One (28 cases) received Polyerga and the other (27 cases) received placebo. The results showed that Ployerga relieved narsea and vomiting, whetted appetite, redressed anemia and put on body weight. Also it probably activated the immunoreactivity. In terms of Karnofsky index, the conditionof health of the patients who received Polyerga was mostly improved.更多还原
