【Abstract】 The expression of GST π gene in thyroid carcinoma and the tissues adjacent to carcinoma was analyzed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technigue. The result showed that in 4 of 10 cases of thyroid carcinomas the expression of GST π mRNA was positive, but in 10 cases of tissues adjacent to carcinoma was negative. Our result suggest that the expression of GST π mRNA is related to the malignant transformation of thyroid cell.更多还原
