【摘要】 本文回顾性分析50例子宫颈癌施行腹膜外淋巴结清除术,腹膜内子宫广泛性切除术的临床资料,50例病人均经病理证实为浸润癌。鳞癌46例、腺癌4例,其中Ⅰ b期16例,Ⅱ a期24例,Ⅲ b期10例,手术中盆腔腹膜用肠管覆盖不缝合,缩短了手术时间。术后随访病人无下腹痛及其它不适症状,无手术死亡、无输尿管漏及淋巴囊肿形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is analysed in retrospect for 50 cases with carcinoma of uterine cervix after operation of pelvic extraperitoneal lymphoidectomy and intraperitoneal radical hystorectomy, those cases are confirmed on pathology as 46 cases as invasion cancer ,squamous carcinoma; 4 cases as adenocarinoma. 16 cases of which on stage Ib, 24 cases on stage IIb. The operation carried out using intestine coering pelvic peritoneum without doing suture will short time of opration, patients feel no lower abdominal pain, no mortaty of operation, no ureter fistula, no Iymphocysts and other unwell symptom.更多还原
