【摘要】 观察不同时间的ＯＪ病人血浆ＥＴ、ＡＮＰ含量及其与肝、肾、心、肺等多脏器功能指标的关系，结果在ＯＪ病人血浆中ＥＴ、ＡＮＰ含量增加，且与多脏器功能损害密切相关。提示ＥＴ、ＡＮＰ可以作为ＯＪ病情及其脏器功能的判断指标；ＥＴ在ＯＪ并发症中有明显的发病作用，而ＡＮＰ作为ＥＴ的拮抗物在ＯＪ引起的多脏器功能失常综合征中可能具有保护作用。更多还原
