【Abstract】 The Physiology test and appearance evalution of Red Fuji apples with or without waxing or PVC packing treatments, stored at 0℃ and 20℃ shelf conditions, showed that:the shelf-temperatures, waxing and packing exerted a different effects on the shelf-physiology and shelf-quality of Red Fuji apples respectively, and the waxing combined with 0℃ shelf condition would maintain the shelf-quality of Red Fuji apples effectively.更多还原
