【Abstract】 Fifteen-old-SPF chickens were experimentally inoculated with Mycoplasma gallisepticumKPF21 .The results showed that chickens inoculated with MG appeared obvious clinical symptoms andpathomorphology. The changes of histopathology mainly appeared in air-pocket, trachea and lung. It wasfound that epithelium mucosae of trachea, air-pocket and lung showed degeneration, necrosis and losspartly. Lymphocyte and mononuclear cell infiltration was found also in tissue. Moreover, the liver,heart, spleen and kidney showed various degree of pathologic changes, and because of damage, the function of respiratory organs failed and even collapsed. The chickens inoculated with MG behaved in themanner of chronic respiratory disease.更多还原
