【摘要】 研究了袋栽平菇生长后期4种不同栽培技术对其产量、品质及污染的影响。结果表明，脱袋覆土式栽培效果最好，可促进平菇的生长效应、后劲效应与优质效应，出菇早，转潮快，污染少，子实体丛多，一般增产50％左右，显示出最佳的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the effects of different culture techniques to the output, quality and contamination of sacked pleurotus in later stage of growth. The results showed that casing technique can accelerate growth and improve quality and increase output of pleurotus. The output had been increased by 50%.
