【摘要】 用减蛋综合症（EDS’76）AV—127和新城疫（ND）Lasota毒株，分别接种鸭胚和鸡胚，收获尿囊液，福尔马林灭活，用白油佐剂乳化成二联灭活疫苗。本苗接种产蛋鸡后14天产生ND和EDS’76抗体，1个月持续升高，而NDHI抗体产生时间略早。二联苗和单苗有相同的免疫效果，两者无干扰性。免疫剂量以0．5ml／只为宜。接种后9个月HI抗体仍维持在较高水平，并能经受强毒的攻击。疫苗在4～8℃条件下贮存1年有效。扩大试验证明，该二联苗安全，有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sterile joint vaccine was produced by the method that inoculated (EDS’ 76)AV127 and ND Lasota strain to the embyos of duck and chicken, collected allantotic fluid sterilized with formalin, and then emulsified the fluid with oil.
