分子筛成核和晶体生长动力学研究 V.自成核体系中修正的Avrami模型
KINETIC STUDY OF ZEOLITE NUCLEATIONAND CRYSTAL GROWTH ⅤModified Avrami Model in the Systemof Spontaneous Nucleation
【摘要】 通过引入瞬间成核机理和凝胶介质对晶体生长速率的影响因子,在自成核体系中建立了修正的Avrami晶体成核与生长动力学模型。由模型的两个推论表明,本模型能很好地反映晶体生长过程中的诱导期和快速晶化期。对不同模板剂和不同晶化温度下ZSM-5分子筛的晶化曲线拟合结果表明,本模型能很好地与实验晶化曲线拟合。
【Abstract】 A modified Avrami model was obtained by introducing the gel correction coefficient and the instantaneous nucleation mechanism in the system of spontaneous nucleationTheoretical study illustrated that the induction period and the rapid growth period could be satisfactorily described by three deductions of the present model respectivelyFor a group of crystal growth curves of ZSM5,The predicted results were in satisfactory agreement with the experimental results,which further implied the effect of the structure directing agent on the induction activation energy and crystal growth activation energy.
