【摘要】 通过引入瞬间成核机理和凝胶介质对晶体生长速率的影响因子,在自成核体系中建立了修正的Avrami晶体成核与生长动力学模型。由模型的两个推论表明,本模型能很好地反映晶体生长过程中的诱导期和快速晶化期。对不同模板剂和不同晶化温度下ZSM-5分子筛的晶化曲线拟合结果表明,本模型能很好地与实验晶化曲线拟合。

【Abstract】 A modified Avrami model was obtained by introducing the gel correction coefficient and the instantaneous nucleation mechanism in the system of spontaneous nucleationTheoretical study illustrated that the induction period and the rapid growth period could be satisfactorily described by three deductions of the present model respectivelyFor a group of crystal growth curves of ZSM5,The predicted results were in satisfactory agreement with the experimental results,which further implied the effect of the structure directing agent on the induction activation energy and crystal growth activation energy.
