辅助烃存在的极浓体系中合成MCM-41中孔分子筛及其性质
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF MESOPOROUS MOLECULAR SIEVE MCM 41 FROM EXTREME DENSE SYSTEM WITH AUXILIARY ALKANES
【摘要】 在H2O/Si≤8.0的极浓体系中,研究了辅助烃(正己烷、正庚烷、异辛烷和正十八烷)对合成中孔MCM-41分子筛的影响。结果表明,在H2O用量很小的体系中,辅助烃也可促进合成孔径大于4nm的MCM-41分子筛。XRD、SEM及N2吸附等表征结果表明,合成样品具有典型的MCM-41分子筛特性。
【Abstract】 In the extreme dense system of H 2O/Si≤8 0,the influences of auxiliary alkanes——n hexane,n heptane,i octane and n octadecane to the synthesise of mesoporous molecular sieve MCM 41 have been studied.The experiments demonstrated that auxiliary alkanes possessed promoting function for preparing molecular sieve MCM 41 with more than 4nm pore diameter in system with very low H 2O synthesized samples have been charaterized by XRD,SEM and N 2 isothermal adsorption.These demonstrated that the products possessed typical properties of MCM 41 molecular sieve.
