【摘要】 对泸州市五县一区县级以上医院１４所１３２２名护理人员接受新理论、新知识学习情况的调查。结果表明：１３２２名护理人员中仅３５％的人员接受过医学伦理学学习，接受护理心理学学习的仅占１２．７％，护理管理学学习的占６．４％，其它学科学习的人数则更少，说明护理人员中存在着明显的知识结构缺陷。作者对此提出了针对性的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 nurses working in 14 hospitals in Luzhou city were investigated for their learning of new theory and new knowledge.The results showed that medical ethics has been learnt in 35 per cent,nursing psychology in 12.7 per cent and nursing administration in 6.4 per cent of the nursing staff.Rare people learnt other subject.It indicates that there is obvious defectiveness in structure of knowledge in nursing staff.The article discussed how to resolve these problems.更多还原
