陶瓷衬套挤压凹模的应用研究
APPLIED STUDY OF EXTRUSION DIE WITH CERAMIC INSERT
【摘要】 用ZrO2增韧Al2O3陶瓷(ZTA)制作挤压组合凹模的内圈,进行有色金属的反挤压试验,结果表明精密结构陶瓷可作为一种新型的模具材料,并在某些性能上优于高速钢、硬质合金。文中介绍了陶瓷衬套设计、制造和使用中应注意的问题,展望了陶瓷材料在模具行业中的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Inner ring of extrusion multicomponent die made by ceramics of ZrO2toughened Al2O3(ZTA)Backward extrusion tests were done with non-ferrous materials.The result of tests indicats that fine structural ceramics may be a new type of die material and that ceramics has better properties than highspeed steel and cemented carbide in some aspects.Key points of design,manufacturing and use of ceramic insert were introduced in this paper.The applied propects of ceramic material in die and mould industry were predicated.
