【Abstract】 Inner ring of extrusion multicomponent die made by ceramics of ZrO2toughened Al2O3(ZTA)Backward extrusion tests were done with non-ferrous materials.The result of tests indicats that fine structural ceramics may be a new type of die material and that ceramics has better properties than highspeed steel and cemented carbide in some aspects.Key points of design,manufacturing and use of ceramic insert were introduced in this paper.The applied propects of ceramic material in die and mould industry were predicated.更多还原
