锻锤减振系统的力学模型及动力学特性分析
MECHANICS MODEL AND KINETIC CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS OF FORGING HAMMER DAMPING SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文针对有回程减振器的锻锤砧下直接支承式减振基础,建立了锻锤减振系统的力学模型,并采用模态分析法进行求解,得出关于砧座和基础振动参数的计算公式,并对锻锤减振系统动力学特性进行计算分析
【Abstract】 In this paper,the mechanics model of forging hammer damping system is founded for the isolating foundation with returning isolator,supported directly under hammer anvil This system is solved by model analysis to get a set of calculating formulas about the vibration parameters of anvil and foundation Then,the kinetic characteristic of the forging hammer damping system is analyzed
