【Abstract】 A wild Penicillium strain A 2 producing phytase was mutated for obtaining the enzymatic activity as high as possible. After two cycles of the complex mutation by using HNO 2 UV and UV-5BrU as well as the routine screening procedures,6 mutants that the enzyme activity was increased 50% more than that of A 2 were obtained.Among them,the best one is A 2-U59-20 which activity is more than 0.182±0.02U/ml,as two times as that of A 2.更多还原
