【Abstract】 Lower respiratory intense and ethylene release are the main physiological reason of storage-resisting characteristics during Apple-Dear Storage.Respiratory intense and ethylene release are inhibited in the lower temperature condition,and that benefit to keep the Apple-pear fresh.
