【Abstract】 lt was investigated that enzyme inhibitory activity assay can be carried out by using peptides displayed on phage directly.Trypsin was biopanned in phage peptide library through two circles of affinity selection,the selected clones were subjected to trypsin inhibitory assay directly before DNA sequencing.The DNA sequences of selected clones with obvious trypsin inhibitory activity were determined,and the amino acid sequences of insert peptides(phage peptides) were deduced.The results showed that phage peptide could be used in trypsin inhibitory assay directly (so called functional screening), and the functional screening did select out clones with obvious trypsin inhibitory activity.更多还原
