【Abstract】 An EcoRⅠor SalⅠ3.0 kb fragment and EcoRⅠ3.5 kb fragment from the positive clones screened by SRY probe in male mouse genomic library and forced cloning library were described respectively.The 3.0 kb fragment containing SRY box is located outside of Y chromosome mamely the Sox gene and the Sry gene of Kun Ming white mice is included in the 3.5kb fragment.更多还原
