SOD脂质体的制备研究
The Preparation of Liposomes of Superoxide Dismutase
【摘要】 采用反相旋转减压蒸发去溶剂法制备携载SOD的脂质体，考察了包嵌SOD主要因素的影响规律，取得了最佳制备条件。SOD脂质体的SOD活性包嵌率大于60％，SOD的重量渗漏率在5℃时放置4个月小于20％，稳定性良好。
【Abstract】 The liposomes of SOD were prepared by reverse-phase evaporation. By examining the important effects on preparation we obtained the liposomes of SOD. The encapsulation of SOD was more than 60%,and the stability of the liposomes was excellent.
