非淀粉型可控光和生物降解地膜的研究与应用
Development and Application of Non-starch Based Light-controllable and Biodegradable Mulching Film
【摘要】 采用LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE等作为基础原料,并添加含有光敏剂、光氧稳定剂等组成的光降解体系和含有N、P、K等多种化学物质作为生物降解体系的浓缩母料,经挤出吹塑制成厚度为0.005mm的可控降解地膜。经5年60余万亩农田应用考核,该降解地膜不仅具备普通地膜的保温、保墒和力学性能,而且可控性好、诱导期稳定,在曝晒的条件下,当年可基本降解成粉末状。在无光照(如埋于土壤下)的条件下,也可促进微生物繁殖生长。
【Abstract】 The controllable degradable mulching film of 0.005mm thickness was blow-extruded by the matrix material of LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE and the concentrated master batch which was composed of the light degradable system of light sensitizer,light and oxygen stabilizer and the biodegradable system contained by various chemical substances of N,P,K etc. Though field applied examination of more than 40 thousand hectares for 5 years,the film demonstrated not only the features of thermal insulation,preserving the moisture of the soil and mechanical properhes for normal mulching film,but also good controllable property and stable induction period. Under the condition of violent sunshine exposure the film substantially degraded into powder-like in the same year. Even if no sunshine exposure(for example, buried in the soil),the film promoted the microbes to breed and grow.
