大鼠急性大强度运动时血浆睾酮变化及其机理

【摘要】 采用实验方法,对两组大鼠大强度运动时血浆睾酮变化及其机理进行探析。结果显示,运动组大鼠的血浆睾酮及睾丸中17β-羟类固醇脱氢酶活性浓度显著高于对照组,两组的血浆黄体生成素和红细胞压积无显著差异。提示,经8周耐力训练的大鼠,急性大强度运动后血浆睾酮升高。这可能是睾丸中合成、分泌增加的结果。

【Abstract】 By experiments, the change of plasma testosterone and mechanism in the rats of two groups during acute exercise is expounded. The results show that phasma testosterone and testicular 17β-HSD activity of the rats in acute exercise are higher than that of the compared group, but no significant change is found in plasma LH and hematocrit. These results indicate that in acute exercise for eight weeks,the increase of plasma testosterone may be caused by the increase of production and secretion of plasma testosterone in endurance-training rats.
