【摘要】 本实验采用双色直接免疫荧光染色流式细胞分析技术检测30例脐血淋巴细胞。结果表明：脐血CD3＋细胞占其淋巴细胞总数的46．50±12．30％；CD19＋细胞占9．85±3．79％；CD16＋／56＋的百分率为20．74±5．23％。脐血T淋巴细胞中辅助性T细胞与抑制性T细胞之比约为7：3。本文显示脐血淋巴细胞亚群的分布与外周血不同。实验还发现脐血中存在一种CD3－／8＋的自然杀伤细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two-color direct immunofluorence method of flow cytometry was used for detection and analysis of 30 samples of human cord blood lymphocytes. Among them, there were 46. 50±12. 30% CD3+T lymphocytes, 9. 85±3.79% CD19+ B lymphocytes and 20.74±5. 23% CD16+/56+ NK lymphocytes respectively. The ratio of CD3+/4+ cells to CD3+ CD8+ was approximately 7:3. CD3 CD8+ NK cells were also observed in the cord blood, as reported in this paper.更多还原
