【Abstract】 築iocatalyst with high sucrose invertase activity was prepared by fermentation of penicillium chrysogenum, the preparation technology was simple and needed no specific purification process. With 10% sucrose as substrate, under 37℃, pH7. 0 ±0. 5and 6h contineous inversion, the 10% sucrose solution can be completely converted to invert sugar syrup, the percent conversion can be up to 100%.更多还原
