竹叶提取物类SOD活性的邻苯三酚法测定

【摘要】 邻苯三酚（PR）自氧化法是测定SOD活性的常用方法，本文在化学发光法调查的基础上，用此法旁证了竹叶提取物（BLE）优良的类SOD活性。

【Abstract】 Pyrogallol (PR)autooxidation method is a widely used for SOD activity measurement. This paperstudied the SOD-like activity of bamboo leaf extracts (BLE) by this method, and proved the result of chemiluminescene.
