β-半乳糖苷酶高产菌株的诱变筛选及其发酵培养
Mutation screening and fermenting culture of β-galactosidase-high-yielding strain
【摘要】 本文系统地报道了以乳酸克鲁维酵母(Kluyveromyces lactis 2883)作为出发菌株,经诱变而获得β一半乳糖苷酶高产菌株(K·lactis 2—90—1)和该菌株的最适培养基选择以及其最佳发酵工艺条件的确定等研究内容。
【Abstract】 Kluyveromyces lactis 2-90-1,a β-galactosidase-high-yielding strain,was obtained from K.lactis 2883 by mutation screening.The optimum culture medium and fermentation process for the mutational strain were studied systematically in this paper.
