【Abstract】 This paper studied the characteristics of the air-lift bioreactor. The experimantalcharacteristics equations of the air-lift bioreactor were gained through the experiments andregression of the experiments data. The air - lift bioreactor was used for itaconic acidfermentation. It had been demonstrated that using this air -lift bioreactor enabled a 14%increase of itaconic acid concentration, 16% increase of the yield of itaconic acid, 38%increase of itaconic acid production rate than using the stirred tank.更多还原
