【Abstract】 A rapid auxanographic method for nisin determination was established by meansof a nisin sensitive strain, and a computer program was designed to calculate the data obtained. Its determination titer ranges from 5 to 100 IU/ml. The time--tested routine work inour laboratory proved that it is rapid,precise and reliable.更多还原
