运动性延迟性肌肉酸痛机制研究进展综述
Advance in the Research on the Mechanism of Exercise inducedDelayed Muscle Soreness (DMS)
【摘要】 】运动性延迟性肌肉酸痛是指人体进行剧烈运动或新的不习惯运动,特别是离心性运动后一段时间所出现的肌内酸痛现象。它主要表现为延迟性酸痛、肌力下降、血清中肌肉酶活性增高等特征。在引起延迟性肌肉酸痛的生理机制中的代谢失衡、机械损伤学说尤为重要
【Abstract】 Exercise induced delayed muscle soreness (DMS) stands for the post exercise muscluar sore appearing in the period of time after a high intensity or an unfamiliar exercise,especially a digressive constraction.DMS′s main characteristics include the delayed sore,the decrease of muscle power and the increase of the muscular enzymes′ activity in serum,etc.The metabolic unbalance and the mechanic injury are of great importance in physiological mechanism for the DMS.
