【Abstract】 With aging, the periorbital rim appears depression and exposure of underlying skeletal outline. It is difficult that the aging patients obtain the younth eyelid-cheek transition with conven tional lower blepharoplasty. The paper introduces a new method to preserve the orbital fat and to advance it beyond the infraorbital rim. From Nov.1995 to May 1996,a total of 11 cases have been done with youthful eyelid-cheek transition and minimal complication.更多还原
