【Abstract】 out patients’ anesthesia records in aesthetic plastic operation were analyged and discussed. Most of the operations in outpatient were under local anesthesia, so the plastic surgeon is both a surgeon and an anesthetist. The aesthetic surgeon should be familiar with the pharmacology of the drugs employed and should have expert skills of local anesthesia, because it is important for safe and success of the local anesthesia in aesthetic plastic outpatient. When suggestion of psychotherapy was used, it will be good for the effect of aesthetic plastic operation in outpatient under local anesthesia.更多还原
