研制电厂除灰系统用泵的几点体会
A Discussion on Development of Slurry Pump for Power Plant Ash Disposal
【摘要】 电厂除灰系统技术改造工程中,输送灰浆所用渣浆泵的运行工况点主要取决于管道阻力。如使用扬程特性曲线平缓的渣浆泵,当灰浆浓度变化,引起管道阻力变化,导致泵的流量急剧改变,不能适应生产要求。针对此类问题,作者对该类渣浆泵的设计进行了改进,对其过流部件的材质进行了更换,从而使输送灰浆所用渣浆泵运行寿命达到了5000h以上,取得了很好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The operating point of a slurry pomp used for this purpose depends mainly on pipe resistance. Use of a slurry pump operating with a flat head characteristic curve would result in abrupt change of flowrate due to varforion of pipe resistance whenever tha density of slurry varies. To cope with this problem a slurry pump with inproved design has ben developed,in which new materisls are used for the parts in contact with slurry flow.As a result the. service life of the ash disposal pump is over 5000 hours,bringing about therefore favourable economic result.
