伴生菌(L.wingfieldii)对苏格兰松病害作用研究
Study on pathogenicity of the associated fungi Leptographium wingfieldii to the Scots pine
【Abstract】 his paper reports pathogenicity and aggressive ability of Leptographium wingfieldii, associated with Tomicus piniperda, to Pinus sylvestris in Orleans forest of France, and the influence of temperatures on the growth of L.wingfieldii.The growth of L.wingfieldii increases with temperature from 10℃ to 25℃,but decreasing at 3℃ or 30℃.The associated fungi show some aggressive ability on the Scots pine, especially in the first 10 days after fungal inoculation.20 days later, however, reaction zone as the results of tree responce to the invaded fungus further extension in the phloem.Uuder the conditions of 400 inoculation points/m2,almost half of sapwood disc area was stained by the fungi,or impregnated by resin, which indicated that L. wingfieldii possesses strong pathogenicity to the host tree.
