【摘要】 在项目管理科学中界面是相互作用的子系统之间的间隔，是有关项目、产品、组织不同要素之间的交叉点。人员之间、组织之间、系统之间总是存在着间隔（即界面），它妨碍了要素间相互交流。因此要有效地管理界面，保证界面的契合，保持对项目各界面的识别和信息沟通及监督。界面分为静态界面和动态界面，静态界面表示界面不是项目发展过程的函数，而只是这些项目的子系统之间的相互关系。动态界面是由于项目发展过程中产生的活动的相互依存模式的作用引起的，也称之为“寿命周期”。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interfaces in science of project management are intervals between subsystems each other. They are intersects among different elements about projects, products and organizations. There always exist intervals (that is interface ) between one staff and the other staff, one organization and the other organization, one system and the other system. They prevent these elements from exchanging information. So we should manage interfaces effectively,in order to ensure interfaces agreeing with each other and keep realizing all interfaces of project,alternating information and supervision. This paper divides interfaces into stationary interfaces and dynamic interfaces. The stationary interfaces only show the relationships among subsystems of the project, but the functions of the project development process. The dynamic interface iscaused by the results of interdependent activity models generated by project development process. It is also called life-span of the project.更多还原
