【摘要】 研究了悬浮浇注和Sr变质对A356合金组织性能的影响。结果表明，在A356合金液中加入2％的悬浮剂或加入0．06％Sr（Al－5％Sr中间合金）进行变质，可明显改善合金组织．且力学性能（σb及δ）均能提高20％左右。另外，对重熔冒口回炉料进行悬浮浇注，其组织和性能接近母材。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of floating casting and Sr modificating on the structure properties of A356 alloy is studied.The result shows that adding 2% floating agent or adding 0. 06 % Sr(Al-5 % Sr alloy) into A356 alloy liquid to modificate,the alloy structure can be improved obviously and the mechanical properties (σb,δ) may all be increased by 20%or so.
