淬火温度对2Cr12NiMoWV钢组织与性能的影响
Effects of Quenching Temperature on Microstructures and Properties of 2Cr12NiMoWV
【摘要】 研究了淬火温度对2Cr12NiMoWV钢组织和力学性能的影响规律,分析了淬火温度对冲击韧性影响的原因,并确定了合理的淬火温度。结果表明:在同一回火温度下,经1055~1070℃温度区间加热淬火,可以获得最高的冲击韧性.
【Abstract】 The effects of quenching temperature on rnicrostructures and properties of steel 2Cr12NiMoWV havebeen studied. Reasons of effect of quenching temperature on impact ductility have been analysed,and a more reasonablequencbing temperature is recomrnended. Result indicate that at 1055~1070℃ heating and quenching,the highest im-Pact ductility can be obtained.
