【Abstract】 By orthogonal methed of experirnents adding RE in electrode covering,the influence of various RE a-gents on steel weld rnicrostructure was investigated. The results showed that RE can restrain grain-boundary-ferrite(GBF) and ferrite-side-plate (FSP), promote acicular-ferrite (AF),and fine grains. The order of RE agents is RE-Si,RE-Mg,CeF2 and fluocerite according to their effect. The optirnum content of RE agent in coveting is about 3% byweight.更多还原
