钢表面激光熔覆Fe基TiC陶瓷涂层的研究
Study of Laser Cladding Fe-based Alloy/ceramic TiC Layer on 20 Steel
【摘要】 采用高功率CO2激光器在20钢表面激光熔区Fe基自熔合金与Tic陶瓷涂层。通过对其显微组织特征、化学成分和硬度分布以及耐磨性的分析测定,表明在选取合适的工艺参数条件下,可获得硬度高而又无孔洞的Fe基TiC陶瓷涂层。
【Abstract】 Laser claddeing Fe- based self- fluxing alloy/cerarnie TiC composite coatings on 20 steel surface byusing a high power CO2 laser has been fabricated. By analysing microstructure .morphology and chemical compositionsof the laser remelted layer and determining it’s hardness and anti-abrasion, it is indicated that under appropriate pro-cessing parameters,a homogeneous and non - porous Fe- based alloy/ceramic TiC layer is obtained.
