ZA22合金半固态超塑性
The Semi-Solid Superplasticity of ZA22 Allioy
【摘要】 对ZA22合金超塑态组织、空冷组织、淬火组织进行拉伸试验研究。结果表明,在适宜的组织、温度、形变这事条件下,ZA22合金具有半固态超塑性、此时应变速率敏感系数。值为0。49。晶界微馆为超塑性的产生创造了有利的条件
【Abstract】 The superplastic structure,aircooling structure and watercooling structure of ZA22 alloy are studiedby means of tensile test. The results show that ZA22 alloy has semi- solid superplasticity under the conditions ofproper structure and temperature and strain rate. The strain rate sensitivity m is 0. 49. The partial melting at grainboundaries advantages producing semi -solid snperplasticity.
