残余奥氏体对30CrMn2Si铸钢耐磨性影响
Eeffects of Retained Austenite 0n Wear-resistance of 30CrMn2Si Steel
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜,结合计算机有限元计算研究了残余奥氏体对30CrMn2Si铸钢耐磨性影响。结果表明:在两体磨损条件下.残奥量为26%时耐磨性能最好;在三体冲击磨损条件下,冲击功为1.oJ,残奥在2.6%时耐磨性能最好;冲击功为4.OJ,残奥为2.25%时耐磨性能最好。二体磨损以犁沟和切削机制为主,三体磨损时磨损以凿削、疲劳机制为主。
【Abstract】 The effects of retainetd austenite (AR ) on wear- resistance of 3oCrMn2Si steel have been investigate-cl by means of SPM and computer. The results show that wear- rcslstance is highest with 2. 6 % AR under the condi-tion of two- body wear. The wear- reslstance is lnghest with AR(2. 6 %and l J impacl energy,AR2’ 25 % and 4J impactenergy respectively under the condition of three - body wear.
