【Abstract】 Total RNA was isolated from adult S.japonicum by single-stepnol-chloroform micture.The mehtod with TRIzol reagent provides both high yield and purity of undegraded RNA preparation and allows isolation of RNA in one hourlSince the single-step method is simple and time saving,it is particularly useful for processing large numbers of samples and for isolation of RNA from small quantities of samples.Analysis on agarose gel electrophoresis indicated that mouse live RNA revealed two major bands i.e.28s and 18s,while S.japonicum adult RNA one 18s band only.更多还原
