【Abstract】 An urgent need for developing the high speed passenger transportation by boat in China is briefly described in this paper. Since the dynamic air cushion wing in ground effect vehicle possesses various advantages,it might be a most prospective high speed passenger trnsportation tool in the next century. However,owing to the difficult technique in designing and building such crafts, the authors suggest that the technical cooperation between China and Russia should be strengthened for promoting the rapid development of WIG in China.更多还原
